Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide and limited information generated when you use the website.

• Contact and request details: your name, email address, company, role and information you submit through the project request form.
• Project information: briefs, files, references, messages, feedback, billing details and other information needed to quote or deliver a project.
• Technical information: device, browser, approximate location derived from an IP address, referral source and interaction data that may be processed by our hosting provider or embedded services.

Please do not send confidential material until we have agreed on an appropriate way to receive it.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare project responses and quotes, provide and improve our services, communicate about projects, process payments, maintain security, prevent misuse and meet legal or accounting obligations. Where applicable, we rely on consent, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests or compliance with law.

Third-party services

Our website uses services supplied by other companies. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

• Netlify provides website hosting and project-request form processing. Form submissions may be stored and forwarded to us by email. See Netlify’s Privacy Statement ↗.
• YouTube and Google provide portfolio videos, video thumbnails and web fonts. Playing an embedded video may allow these services to receive technical and interaction information. See Google’s Product Privacy Guide ↗.

We may also use professional service providers for payment, accounting, storage or project delivery when necessary. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and embedded media

The website does not intentionally use first-party advertising cookies. Embedded video and other third-party features may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may prevent embedded features from working correctly.

How long we keep information

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including providing services, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of record, our relationship with you and applicable requirements.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to receive a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some rights are subject to legal exceptions.

To make a privacy request, use the contact method below and describe what you would like us to do.

Security and international use

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, but no online system is completely secure. Our clients and service providers may be located in different countries, so information may be processed outside your home jurisdiction with protections appropriate to the circumstances.

Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adult creators and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
